I am an animal ecologist with a scientific focus on movement ecology, population biology, climate change, and ecological modelling. Central themes in my research include understanding the role of environmental variation and anthropogenic stressors on movement behaviour and fitness of organisms and the consequences for population dynamics and ecosystem processes. Throughout my research projects, I combine empirical data, statistical analyses and agent-based modelling.
