Previously undertaken research with relations to the carbon cycle in soils, primarily focusing on the effect of agricultural practices and climate on soil carbon dynamics. Calculations of the soil carbon stocks at national scale in Denmark (Kvadratnetter; National Soil Grid) and Germany (Bodenzustandserhebung Landwirtschaft) using national soil monitoring networks.
